Why We Chose Recovery Work

Everyone on this team is here for a reason, and for a lot of us, that reason is personal. Linnsey and Tony built Bonus Round Recovery after living through addiction, homelessness, and years of hard-won sobriety themselves. That experience shapes everything about how this program runs, because we know firsthand what it feels like to need help and not know where to turn.

The rest of our team was drawn to this work for the same core reason: recovery changes lives, and being part of that process, watching someone rebuild their confidence, their relationships, and their sense of who they are, is work worth doing. Whether someone on our team found their way here through their own recovery journey or through years of clinical experience watching that transformation happen for others, everyone here believes in what’s possible on the other side of addiction.

What Makes Our Team Different

We are intentionally a small team, and that is not an accident. It means you are never just a name on an intake form or a number moving through a program. Your treatment team knows your story, remembers the details that matter to you, and shows up consistently, session after session, week after week.

A lot of treatment programs are built around volume. Ours is built around relationships. That means real continuity between the people you meet at admissions and the people who support you through treatment and beyond. It also means our team has the flexibility to adjust your care as your needs change, rather than fitting you into a rigid structure that was built for someone else.

What Clients Can Expect from the Bonus Round Experience

From your very first conversation with us, you can expect to be treated like a person, not a diagnosis. We take the time to understand your story, your history, and what you’re hoping recovery can look like for you specifically.

Throughout treatment, you can expect a team that is present, consistent, and genuinely invested in your progress. You can expect honesty, including about what we can and can’t offer, and clear communication every step of the way. And you can expect that our support does not end the day you complete a program. The Bonus Round experience is built around the idea that recovery is a long game, and we intend to be part of yours for as long as it’s helpful to you.

Leadership Philosophy

Linnsey and Tony lead this program the way they built it: with the belief that recovery works best when people feel genuinely known, not processed. Their own path through addiction and back taught them that judgment closes doors, while real relationship and consistency open them.

That philosophy shapes how Bonus Round Recovery operates at every level. Decisions here are made with the individual client in mind first, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. Our leadership team stays closely involved in the day-to-day of the program, rather than being disconnected from the people we serve, because staying close to the work is what keeps this program honest and effective.

Continuity of Care & Long-Term Relationships

Recovery does not follow a straight line, and it does not end on a graduation date. That’s why continuity of care is built into how we work with every client. The relationships you build with our team during treatment are meant to last well beyond it.

Many of our clients stay connected to Bonus Round Recovery long after completing a program, whether through alumni events, ongoing check-ins, or simply knowing our door is open if they need support down the road. We believe long-term recovery is best supported by long-term relationships, not a single episode of care that ends abruptly once a program is complete.

Personalized Client Advocacy

Every client who comes through Bonus Round Recovery has an advocate on our team, someone who knows their story and can speak to their specific needs, whether that’s coordinating with an outside provider, adjusting a treatment plan, or simply being a consistent point of contact when things feel overwhelming.

This kind of personalized advocacy is only possible because we’ve kept our program small and intentional. It means when you have a question or a concern, you’re not navigating a call center or starting over with someone new. You’re talking to someone who already knows you.

A Personal Note on Admissions

When you reach out to Bonus Round Recovery, Linnsey personally helps guide prospective clients and their families through the admissions and onboarding process. Having lived through her own recovery journey, she understands how overwhelming that first step can feel, and she’s committed to making sure no one navigates it alone.
